Due to the nature of the products being digital, a refund is not allowed. However, if you have any issues with the item, you may send me an email via email@example.com or contact me via chat to resolve it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You cannot exchange items if you have purchased the wrong collection or design. Make sure to double check before checking out.
Refunds are allowed on certain cases such as double purchases (you have bought the same item twice or more), a custom order that hasn't been started yet, or when you purchased installation service but was able to install it on your own.
